Human Sonic Hedgehog, His Tag, premium grade (SH7-H5229) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Cys 24 - Gly 197 (Accession # NP_000184).

No. NON-H5219) could efficiently induce the iPS cell into neuron progenitor cell differentiation, highly expressed PAX6, SOX1 and Nestin in immunofluorescence staining and FACS (Routinely tested).
