The protein has a calculated MW of 72.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 80-130 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The purity of Human GUCY2C, Fc Tag (Cat. No. GUC-H5257) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 190-210 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

活性（Bioactivity）-FACS
2e5 of anti-GUCY2C CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 µL of 1 µg/mL Human GUCY2C, Fc Tag (Cat. No. GUC-H5257) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE anti-human IgG Fc and analyzed with FACS (Routinely tested).
