FMC63 scFv, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS
The purity of FMC63 scFv, His Tag (Cat. No. CD9-M52Hb) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 25-37 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

Immobilized Human CD19 (20-291), Fc Tag, premium grade (Cat. No. CD9-H5251) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FMC63 scFv, His Tag (Cat. No. CD9-M52Hb) with a linear range of 0.005-0.156 μg/mL (QC tested).
