バックグランド

Interleukin-13 receptor subunit alpha-1 is also known as IL13RA1, NR4, and CD213A1 (cluster of differentiation 213A1). IL13RA1 is a subunit of the interleukin-13 receptor. This subunit forms a heterodimeric receptor complex with IL4Rα (interleukin-4 receptor alpha), a subunit shared by both IL-13 and IL-4 receptor complexes. IL13RA1 serves as the primary IL-13-binding subunit and may also function as a component of IL-4 receptors. Furthermore, this protein has been shown to bind the tyrosine kinase TYK2, thereby mediating downstream signaling processes that lead to the activation of JAK1, STAT3, and STAT6 induced by IL-13 and IL-4.
