FLT3L (Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand) is a key cytokine that supports the proliferation, survival, and maintenance of early hematopoietic progenitors and dendritic cells. In HSC expansion systems, FLT3L promotes the self-renewal and output of multipotent progenitors. In iPSC-to-HSC differentiation protocols, it acts in the early hematopoietic specification stage to support the emergence of hemogenic endothelial cells and subsequent hematopoietic progenitor formation.
GMP Human Flt-3 Ligand Protein (GMP-FLLH28) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Thr 27 - Pro 185 (Accession # P49771-1).

This protein carries no "tag".
The protein has a calculated MW of 18.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 24 kDa & 27 kDa±3 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
