Alexa Fluor 488-Labeled Mouse CD3 epsilon Protein, Fc Tag (CDE-MA256) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Asp 23 - Asp 108 (Accession # P22646). It is the Alexa Fluor™ 488 labeled form of Mouse CD3E, Fc Tag (Cat. No. CDE-M5256).

Excitation Wavelength: 488 nm

Emission Wavelength: 517 nm

The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with AF488 using standard chemical labeling method. The residual AF488 is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

The AF488 to protein molar ratio is 1.5-2.5.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 25 mM Arginine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.
