Human CD20 Protein, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag (CD0-H5254) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Lys 142 - Ser 188 (Accession # P11836-1).
Predicted N-terminus: Glu
This protein carries a llama IgG2b Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 33.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-45 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 0.05 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
