resDetect™ Human Laminin 511 ELISA Kit (Residue Testing)

The resDetect™ Human Laminin 511 ELISA Kit (Residue Testing) employs a sandwich ELISA format for the sensitive detection and quantitative determination of recombinant Human Laminin 511 residues in cell culture supernatants. Each kit is supplied and calibrated with two standards, GMP Human Laminin 511 (ACROBiosystems, Cat# GMP-LA1H25) and GMP Human Laminin 511 Protein (Mix & Scale) (ACROBiosystems, Cat# GMP-LA1H36), ensuring assay accuracy and consistency across runs. Designed to deliver a reliable solution for iPSC product quality assessment throughout drug development and CMC quality control workflows, this kit also serves as a universal quantitative detection tool for Laminin 511. Featuring a Laminin 511-specific antibody pair, this kit does not cross-react with Laminin 521 or other extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, and is therefore specifically designed for the detection of Laminin 511.
