The Jurkat/Human Transmembrane TNF-alpha (mTNF) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the human transmembrane TNF-alpha by introducing the point mutations in the wild-type human TNF-alpha (Uniprot: P01375). Surface expression of human transmembrane TNF-alpha (mTNF) was confirmed by flow cytometry.
