The Human RANK (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was engineered to express NF-kB signaling response element driving luciferase expressing systems. When stimulated with human RANKL protein, the RANK/RANKL interaction drives NF-kB-mediated luminescence. Blocking the RANK/RANKL interaction by either anti-RANK or anti-RANKL antibodies results in a decrease in luminescence.

• Screen for anti-human RANK antibody or anti-human RANKL antibody blocking RANK/RANKL interaction.
