The Human PD-1 & IL-2 R alpha & IL-2 R beta & IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was engineered to not only express STAT5 signaling response element, but also express the receptors full length human IL-2 R alpha (Uniprot: P01589), IL-2 R beta (Uniprot: P14784), IL-2 R gamma (Uniprot: P31785-1) and PD-1 (Uniprot: Q15116). When stimulated with human PD-1 x IL-2 bispecific molecules, receptor-mediated signaling drives STAT5-dependent luminescence, with the overexpressed PD-1 exerting a further enhancement effect.
