The CHO/Membrane-Bound Human KLK2 Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the membrane-bound human KLK2 by fusing a transmembrane domain to the C-terminus of the full length human KLK2 (Uniprot: P20151-1). Surface expression of the membrane-bound KLK2 was confirmed by flow cytometry.
