The Human Glucocorticoid Receptor (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell expressing human glucocorticoid receptor (GR) was engineered to express glucocorticoid response element (GRE), which can drive luciferase expressing systems by glucocorticoid receptor agonists or glucocorticoids stimulation. In the absence of agonists or glucocorticoids, the glucocorticoid receptor is not activated and luminescence signal is low. In the presence of agonists or glucocorticoids, the glucocorticoid receptor pathway-activated luminescence can be detected in a dose-dependent manner.
