The HEK293/Human CDCP1 (NTF&CTF) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the cleaved human CDCP1 by co-expressing the N-terminal fragment (NTF) and the C-terminal fragment (CTF) of human CDCP1 (Uniprot: Q9H5V8-1). Surface expression of human CDCP1 (NTF&CTF) was confirmed by flow cytometry.
