The CHO/Human CDCP1 (R368A, K369A) Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the uncleaved human CDCP1 by introducing the R368A and K369A mutations in the wild-type human CDCP1 (Uniprot: Q9H5V8-1). Surface expression of human CDCP1 (R368A, K369A) was confirmed by flow cytometry.
