Cellectra™ Human CD4 NanoSort Microbeads, Research grade | 2 mL | For 10⁹ total cells |

This product is compatible with mainstream automated cell processing instruments and commercially available column-based (M/D/L) magnetic separation systems.
Cellectra™ Human CD4 NanoSort Microbeads are dextran-coated superparamagnetic nanoparticles conjugated with recombinant monoclonal antibodies specific to human CD4. They are especially designed for positive or negative selection of CD4+ cells.
The beads are manufactured under sterile ISO 5 conditions with no animal- or human-derived components. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, including sterility, endotoxin, and functional validation.
Cellectra™ Human CD4 NanoSort Microbeads are designed for the positive selection or negative selection of CD4+ T cells from fresh or frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). CD4 is an accessory molecule in the recognition of MHC class II/peptide complexes by the TCR heterodimers on CD4+ T helper cells. It is predominantly expressed on the surface of T helper cells. The magnetic nBeads are conjugated with monoclonal antibodies targeting human CD4 protein, enabling CD4+ cells to be labeled with the specific antibodies and magnetic particles, and separated using the separation columns and magnets.
