CelThera™ GMP Phenol Red Solution (0.5%)

This CelThera™ GMP Phenol Red Solution (0.5%) is manufactured under a stringent, fully documented quality system designed to meet the rigorous demands of pharmaceutical and advanced therapeutic production. This solution provides a reliable pH indicator for cell culture media, ensuring consistent performance in critical applications from upstream bioprocessing to the manufacturing of cell therapies.

Add 1.5ml of thawed CelThera™ GMP Phenol Red Solution (0.5%) to 1000ml of basal medium (Phenol Red free), mix throughly.

• Physical Appearance: Dark red liquid.
• Endotoxin (USP<85>; EP<2.6.14>): <10.0 EU/ml (determined by LAL method).
• pH: 7.2±0.2 (determined by pH meter).
• Sterility (USP<71>; EP<2.6.1>): Negative (determined by Membrane filtration method).

The product MUST be stored at 2℃-8℃ for long term storage. It is recommended to store protect from light.
