PSM2 leads mismatch repair (MMR), which is a DNA repair pathway that corrects mispaired based in DNA molecules and restore the correct nucleotide sequence. PMS2 is over-expressed in a variety of tumors in the colon, stomach, breast, pancreas, and lung.
