The product specifically targets the extracellular domain of human BCMA protein and inhibits the interaction between BCMA and BAFF (IC50 = 14.79 μg/mL), as well as BCMA and APRIL (IC50 = 17.03 μg/mL).

Positive: Cross-reactive by ELISA with human, cynomolgus and mouse BCMA protein.
